Nurses In The Park, Inc. is licensed by the New York State Department of Health to provide:
1. Nursing Services
a) Registered Nurse
b) Licensed Practical Nurse
2. Home Health Aide Services
3. Personal Care Aide Services
SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE
24 HOURS PER DAY
7 DAYS PER WEEK
These services can be provided on a live-in basis or hourly basis. We provide a minimum of four (4) hours daily.
Another program that is provided by NITP is the Home and Community Based Waiver Services (TBI). Services are provided to individuals with traumatic brain injury. We are licensed by the New York State Department of Health to provide:
1. Independent Living Skill/Training and Development.
2. Home and Community Support Services.
3. Respite, Per Diem In-home Care.
This Medicaid based waiver program is provided in accordance with the clients health, safety and well being.
